Draya Michele's Ex-BF I Want Our Sex Tape Back!

Draya Michele's ex-BF claims they made a sex tape ... and now he's suing to get it back -- because he's worried their skin flick will go public.


We learnt a video is being shopped around to the big porn companies ... featuring a woman who looks a lot like the "Basketball Wives" star -- and her ex, David Miranda.

Miranda filed suit in NY small claims court ... for loss of "private documents."  David tells us the private "doc" in question is actually a sex tape.

David says he and Draya were banging from Jan. 2011 to Sept. 2013 ... and have videos meant for their eyes only -- and now he's upset someone is pimping it.

Miranda blames Draya's for the alleged footage ending up in the wrong hands.

We reached out to Draya ... her rep had no comment.
