Actress Carol Ann Susi “Big Bang Theory” Dies At 62
Veteran Actress Carol Ann Susi has died at the age of 62 after a battle with cancer. She was well known for playing Mrs. Wolowitz in hit sit com The Big Bang Theory.
“The Mrs. Wolowitz character became a bit of mystery throughout the show’s eight seasons. What was not a mystery, however, was Carol Ann’s immense talent and comedic timing,” said Big Bang executive
producer Chuck Lorre.
Some of Susi’s co-stars have taken to their social media accounts to share their condolences. “Beloved Carol Ann Susi passed away, yes.
The voice of Mrs wolowitz. Oh Carol Ann (sic),” Mayim Bialik, who portrays Amy Farrah Fowler, tweeted next to a photo.
“So grateful to have known Carol Ann Susi who brought laughter & light with her always. She’ll forever be in my heart (sic),” Melissa Rauch, who plays Bernadette
Rostenkowski, posted.
“My heart is broken. I will miss your smile. Your spirit is forever with us,” Kunal Nayyar, who plays Raj Koothrappali, expressed. It’s unclear how Susi’s death will affect the upcoming series of The Big Bang Theory, but viewers recently saw Mrs. Wolowitz’s health decline on the show.
May her soul RIP!
