After threatening to sue the waitress that claimed she skipped out on her bill, the reality TV starlet is now calling out some random creep that took a pic of her flashing a bit of her bum at an event last night.

And well, it's pretty clear that whoever took the photo, snapped it from a lower angle — which is how they captured the bottoms of her cheeks.

Kendall made it completely public, posting the shot to her Instagram page, along with the caption:

"perv"

Though it seems not everyone exactly agrees, with one user commenting on the picture, writing:
