Jordin Sparks is throwing shade on Jason Derulo for saying he ended their 3-year relationship because she was pressuring him to marry her.


Jordan made it clear to our photog Wednesday ... words come cheap.  

She then turned all gracious on us ... telling us she wants nothing but the best for her ex ... despite the fact he trashed her on Ryan Seacrest's radio show.

She talks about break-up comfort food, and of course ... our camera guy wanted to know if she's up for Tinder.
