3 people shot outside a McDonald's eatery in New York

New York City Authorities say three individuals have been shot, one lethally, in midtown Manhattan close Penn Station. No suspects have been captured.

It happened around 6 a.m. Monday at the passageway of a tram station at 35th Street and Eighth Avenue, a square north of Penn Station, one of the country's busiest travel center points.

A law enforcement official who on state of obscurity in light of the fact that he wasn't approved to freely talk about a progressing examination says the three men were shot amid a debate outside a McDonald's eatery, two storefronts down from the tram passage. The authority says the suspects were thought to have fled northbound on Eighth Avenue in a dull shaded vehicle.

He says a 43-year-old man was shot once in the neck and was claimed dead at the base of the stairs in the metro station.
